Breath Work
The style of Breathwork I facilitate is Conscious Connected Breathwork. It is a powerful practice that can have a profound effect on the mind and body, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, clarity and deeper connection to self. While the breathing itself can be more active at times, the session is always carefully guided and held in a safe and supportive environment. Participants can experience a wide range of responses during a session, from deep relaxation and insight through to emotional release such as tears, and all experiences are welcomed and supported.

Over the years, Catherine has developed a gentle, intuitive approach that combines energy healing with light and movement to support balance, relaxation and personal growth.

Tracy Cannon
Rune Reader
Gifted to me by my grandmother, who read the ancient rune stones for many years, when I was very young, these sacred symbols have become a beautiful tool for me to offer self-realisation and inner awakening. Each reading invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your true self, revealing the guidance, clarity, and wisdom already held within your soul. My intention is for you to leave feeling empowered, aligned, and inspired to walk your path with confidence.
