This spacious home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Upon request, at an additional cost, a deluxe fold out bed can be added to sleep 9.

 

Step onto your large private balcony and behold the mesmerising views of Lake Eildon, creating a serene backdrop for your stay. 

 

Every detail in your newly renovated home at O'Deer has been carefully considered. Our fully appointed kitchen with brand new appliances is ready for you to unleash your culinary skills.

 

Seriously comfortable Sleeping Duck beds are in the main rooms, along with air conditioning and fans in every room. Rest easy knowing that all your bed linen and towels are provided.

 

We can also supply a high chair and a port-a-cot upon request at no additional charge, ensuring your little ones feel right at home and allowing you to pack light and make the most of your stay. Laundry facilities, tea, and a coffee machine add to your convenience.

 

UP THE TOP has direct 'All Wheel Drive' vehicle access and a short walking track that leads you to the water’s edge. Although the walking track is initially a bit steep, the track levels out to reveal your own private area for you to enjoy as it has a gentle slope into the water which would be ideal for young children. This area of water in front of your property, is a 5k zone for boats so you’ll be away from the main summer activities on the lake, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing area.

 

At UP THE TOP, we understand the allure of exploring the vast waters and embarking on unforgettable boating adventures.

To launch your vessel, you will find that just next to the dam wall, the Alliance Eildon boat ramp awaits, providing you with a convenient and easy access point to launch your vessel.

From there, it is short boat ride to the front of your property in Taylor Bay, where you can tie up your vessel on your own private jetty.
